Any request made within a 72 - 25 hour window before your session will result in a £50 charge. Any request made within 24 hours of your session date and time will result in a £75 charge or the loss of your deposit. If you need to reschedule for a second time, this will cost £50 for any time up until 24 hours before the session. Any later than 24 hours will result in a £75 charge. We do at our North Headshot Studio location. Currently we do not at our AktaReel and Voice/SongReel location. This is something we are working on.

We require payment in advance, in full at the time of booking.
